At Asia's Creationz , we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order. Please note that there may be slight imperfections in some of the pieces such as small bubbles and the prices reflect this. 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via email.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Before returning any item, customers must contact us via email to obtain return authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please email us with your name and reason for the return. Customers are responsible for providing their own shipping or receive partial refund for a shipping label to be sent. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Heavily damaged items
- Clearance or final sale items
